Kumar Krishnan, Founder

Before founding Prospect Partners in 2008, Kumar spent two decades inside the organizations that hire senior leaders — not recruiting from the outside.

He held operational and leadership roles at HSBC, ANZ Grindlays, MasterCard International, and NCR Corporation across Consumer Durables, Banking, and Managed Services. He holds a Master's Degree in Marketing Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
